What we collect, why, and how we look after it.

When you place an order we collect the details you enter in the order form: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery preferences, your grocery list and any notes you add. That is all we need to shop for you and deliver your order.
If you join our email list, we keep your email address (and your name, if you ordered) to send you occasional updates from Becky. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that information.
Order details are delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend) and our website hosting provider (Vercel). Stripe, our payment processor, also receives your order details, including your delivery address, access notes and grocery list, together with your payment so we can match the two. Resend also keeps our email list. Our website developer, Amity Website Design, may see order details when fixing a problem with the website. These services process the data only to provide their service to us. Google Analytics receives the website usage information described below. We do not share your information with anyone else except when required by law.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are viewed and what kind of device is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, and your approximate location. It never receives your name, email address, phone number, delivery address or grocery list, and we have turned off Google's advertising features. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention.
We keep order records for as long as needed for bookkeeping and to serve returning customers. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
